If a downloaded file is missing
Depending on your version of Windows, Safari saves downloaded items in My Documents or the Downloads folder. If you can’t find something you’ve downloaded, try the following.
To find a file you’ve downloaded:

Choose Action menu > Downloads. (The Action menu is near the upper-right corner of the Safari window, and looks like a gear.)

In the Downloads window, click the magnifying glass next to a filename to see where the file is located on your computer.
